Observation

Within the allegation intake, there was a concern that the use of a high chair for the preschool aged child was so that, "he can be stationary instead of running around." Based on a follow up phone interview with the referent, it was disclosed that the family had not given approval to the staff to use the high chair in the preschool classroom and it was not listed in a Health Care Plan or any plans for accomodations.
